{"id":5049,"date":"2012-01-20T21:42:58","date_gmt":"2012-01-20T20:42:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lkeria.com\/actualites\/non-classe\/logements-publics-locatifs-besoin-9-dairas-oran-algerie\/"},"modified":"2012-01-20T21:42:58","modified_gmt":"2012-01-20T20:42:58","slug":"logements-publics-locatifs-besoin-9-dairas-oran-algerie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lkeria.com\/actualites\/logement\/logements-publics-locatifs-besoin-9-dairas-oran-algerie\/","title":{"rendered":"45.000 LOGEMENTS PUBLICS LOCATIFS : C\u2019EST LE BESOIN DE 9 DAIRAS A ORAN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lkeria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Oran-bilan-logement-algerie-urbanisme.jpg\"><img class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-359\" title=\"Oran-bilan-logement-algerie-ur<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lkeria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Oran-bilan-logement-algerie-urbanisme.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-359\" title=\"Oran-bilan-logement-algerie-urbanisme\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lkeria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Oran-bilan-logement-algerie-urbanisme-150x150.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Les tensions et pressions sur le logement social ont conduit les autorit\u00e9s locales de la wilaya d\u2019Oran \u00e0 \u00e9tablir un plan quantitatif des besoins en mati\u00e8re de logement public locatif (LPL).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un plan qui traduit la volont\u00e9\u00a0 des autorit\u00e9s de la wilaya \u00e0 disposer d\u2019un tableau de bord qui permettra la satisfaction totale des besoins de la population d\u2019Oran en mati\u00e8re de logement social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u2019est dans cette perspective que le wali d\u2019Oran aurait demand\u00e9 aux 9 chefs de da\u00efra, lors d\u2019un briefing qui c\u2019est tenu \u00e0 la wilaya, de lui fournir s\u00e9ance tenante, les besoins en logements sociaux locatifs de leurs populations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les neuf chefs de da\u00efras ont ainsi exprim\u00e9 un besoin global de 45.000 logement social locatif r\u00e9parti comme suit\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da\u00efra de B\u00e9thioua\u00a0: 1.800 logements sociaux locatifs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da\u00efra de Bir El Djir\u00a0: 10.000 logements sociaux locatifs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da\u00efra d\u2019A\u00efn El T\u00fcrck\u00a0: (Mers El K\u00e9bir, A\u00efn El T\u00fcrck, Bousfer et El An\u00e7or)\u00a0: 1.800 logements social locatif.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da\u00efra d\u2019Oued Tl\u00e9lat\u00a0: 1.500 logements sociaux locatifs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da\u00efra de Gdyel\u00a0: 2.100 logements sociaux locatifs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da\u00efra de Boutl\u00e9lis\u00a0: 1.000 logements sociaux locatifs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da\u00efra d\u2019Es S\u00e9nia\u00a0: 3.000 logement social locatif.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da\u00efra d\u2019Arzew 4.000 logements sociaux locatifs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da\u00efra d\u2019Oran\u00a0: 20.000 logements sociaux locatifs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ces pr\u00e9visions ne tiennent pas compte des besoins de 26 autres communes de la wilaya d\u2019Oran non encore fix\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La c\u00e9l\u00e9rit\u00e9 avec laquelle ces besoins ont \u00e9t\u00e9 exprim\u00e9s, jette le doute sur la sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 d\u2019un tel recensement des besoins de la population de la wilaya d\u2019Oran en mati\u00e8re de logement social locatif.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aussi, il n\u2019est pas sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 si ces besoins concernent uniquement les besoins en logement pour l\u2019\u00e9radication de l\u2019habitat pr\u00e9caire ou englobent-ils le besoin de toute la population\u00a0?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[229],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-5049","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-logement"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
