{"id":4746,"date":"2014-02-01T22:02:36","date_gmt":"2014-02-01T21:02:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lkeria.com\/actualites\/non-classe\/lpp-logement-ministere-habitat-fixe-premiere-tranche-a-55-millions\/"},"modified":"2014-02-01T22:02:36","modified_gmt":"2014-02-01T21:02:36","slug":"lpp-logement-ministere-habitat-fixe-premiere-tranche-a-55-millions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lkeria.com\/actualites\/logement\/lpp-logement-ministere-habitat-fixe-premiere-tranche-a-55-millions\/","title":{"rendered":"LPP logement : Le Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019habitat fixe la premi\u00e8re tranche \u00e0 55 millions de centimes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">LPP logement<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon un journal arabophone, le Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019habitat vient de fixer la valeur de <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a \n\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">LPP logement<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon un journal arabophone, le Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019habitat vient de fixer la valeur de <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lkeria.com\/lpp-algerie-40-millions-versement-1ere-tranche\/\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">la premi\u00e8re tranche devant \u00eatre pay\u00e9s par les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires des logements promotionnels publics LPP<\/span><\/a><\/span> \u00e0 55 millions de centimes (500.000 DA) au lieu de 100 millions de centimes (1.000.000 DA).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lkeria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/LPP_logement_algerie_versement_premiere_tranche.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-62189 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lkeria.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/LPP_logement_algerie_versement_premiere_tranche.jpg\" alt=\"LPP_logement_algerie_versement_premiere_tranche\" width=\"263\" height=\"162\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette d\u00e9cision vient suite \u00e0 une proposition faite par la l\u2019Enpi, qui a pr\u00e9conis\u00e9 la r\u00e9duction de la valeur de la le premi\u00e8re tranche suivant le niveau de revenu des souscripteurs.\u00a0Ces propositions viennent en ex\u00e9cution de l\u2019instruction du ministre de l\u2019Habitat, Monsieur Abdelmadjid Tebboune, qui avait charg\u00e9 la semaine pass\u00e9e l\u2019ENPI pour examiner les moyens de <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lkeria.com\/logement-lpp-facilitations-versement-1ere-tranche\/\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">faciliter le versement de la premi\u00e8re tranche devant \u00eatre vers\u00e9e par les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires des logements promotionnels publics LPP<\/span><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aussi, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de supprimer la deuxi\u00e8me tranche fix\u00e9e elle aussi \u00e0 1.000.000 de dinars. Cette tranche sera prise en charge par le cr\u00e9dit bancaire qui sera contract\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de la CPA banque<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019Enpi avait propos\u00e9 trois variantes au Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Habitat\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>La division du montant \u00e0 payer (100 millions de centimes) en trois tranches, la premi\u00e8re de 60 millions de centimes, la deuxi\u00e8me de 30 millions et la troisi\u00e8me de 10 millions de centimes, avec un intervalle de 4 mois entre chaque tranche.<\/li>\n<li>La deuxi\u00e8me proposition consiste en la division de la somme de 100 millions de centimes en deux versements, le premier sera pay\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e et le deuxi\u00e8me au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine.<\/li>\n<li>La troisi\u00e8me proposition consiste \u00e0 diviser le montant de 100 millions en trois tranches, une de 50 millions sera pay\u00e9e en deux versements de 25 millions, puis 25 millions et le paiement du restant du montant (50 millions) apr\u00e8s 12 mois.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les m\u00eames sources a indiqu\u00e9e que l\u2019Enpi va entamer \u00e0 partir du 15 de f\u00e9vrier 2014 la d\u00e9livrance aux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires des ordres de versement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfin, le prix de vente du m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 des logements LPP a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9 \u00e0 80.000 dinars, avec un prix plafond ne d\u00e9passant pas les 950 millions de centimes l\u2019appartement LPP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lkeria.com\/quel-est-le-prix-dun-logement-lpp\/\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Lire l&rsquo;article de Lkeria sur les prix des logements LPP.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">LPP logement<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LPP logement Selon un journal arabophone, le Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019habitat vient de fixer la valeur de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[229],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4746","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-logement"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
