En effet, la loi de finances pour 2019 dessine les contours de ce nouveau segment des logements publics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, le logement locatif <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lkeria.com\/actualites\/logement\/logement-locatif-promotionnel-concertation\/\">promotionnel<\/a> ( <strong>LLP<\/strong> ) est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un projet immobilier d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat public ; pr\u00e9cise l&rsquo;article 41 de la loi de finances pour 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ce titre, il b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de l\u2019aide de l\u2019Etat notamment, les abattements sur la cession de terrain. Cette formule b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie \u00e9galement des bonifications ; au titre des cr\u00e9dits accord\u00e9s par les banques et \u00e9tablissements financiers ; aux promoteurs immobiliers participant \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de programmes publics de logements.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus des abattement sur le prix des terrains qui peuvent atteindre les 100%, les promoteurs immobiliers int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par cette nouvelle formule de logement ;&nbsp; b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d&rsquo;un taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat r\u00e9duit du cr\u00e9dit bancaire (aux alentour de 4%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, un cahier des charges est en cours d&rsquo;\u00e9laboration par les services du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/MHUV.GOV\">minist\u00e8res de l&rsquo;habitat<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;ancrage juridique du&nbsp;logement locatif promotionnel&nbsp; LLP est l\u00e0.
